Kieran is an Agricultural Commodities Expert with 25 years experience in South America. Headed CME Group's Brazil office, leading a small team to develop business in the region and managing major accounts including Central Banks, Investment Banks, Asset Managers and Commercial and Corporate hedgers. Continue to focus on Latam Commercial and Corporate business development, including education on futures and options and use of CME's trading tools.
Tomás Peña
Tomás has 20 years of banking experience, focused in private banking and innovation. He is also a passionate business developer and co-founder of S4, a Yield Lab Portfolio startup that helps row crop farmers transfer their risk to financial markets in the US and Latam.

Jeff Peterson is a founding member and Managing Director of the Yield Lab. Prior to the Yield Lab, Jeff served Monsanto as Vice President of Strategic Development.
Camila Petignat
Camila is a bio-entrepreneur and business developer specialized in biotech ventures. She holds a MSc degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from Universidad de Buenos Aires. In 2011 she co-founded Neogram, an agri-biotech startup that genetically improves pastures to contribute to a more sustainable livestock production.

Franco has 14 years experience trading and investing in financial markets (Latam, Cenin Agriculture, Finance, anBagement having invested personally in many startups (S4, Invoinet, CountIT and AENVI). He worked in JPMorgan Chase Argentina and Louis Dreyfus Company (Argentina and Switzerland).
