Meg Brigman
Meg Brigman is the Program Director in North America for the internationally recognized Yield Lab accelerator program. She manages the deal pipeline, due diligence process, and fund development in addition to marketing and investor relations.

Meg is a 2018 Venture for America Fellow. She graduated from Rice University with a major in Economics and minors in Sociology and Global Health Technologies. During her time at Rice, Meg was the president of the Wesley Foundation and a starter on Rice’s club water polo team.

Claire Pribula
Claire is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of the Yield Lab Asia Pacific. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day investments, fundraising, portfolio, and company operations for the Yield Lab Asia Pacific. Claire is a 30 year technology veteran, and has spent her last 20 years in Asia Pacific, where she has held leadership roles at IBM, SAP, and Acxiom, managing revenues in excess of $280M. Prior to the Yield Lab, Claire was one of the founding members of ActSocial, an Asia Pacific based technology start-up, where she drove investment, sales and marketing, which led to the accomplishment of a successful exit.
Larry Taylor
As the Asia Pacific Region Partner, Larry will focus on fundraising for the Accelerator and Growth Fund and leveraging Portfolio Companies in other regions into Asia, and recruiting General Partners across AP. An American born in Japan, Larry has forty years of experience as a Senior International executive building businesses in global markets. He founded Aziotics, a business development consulting firm, in 1997 after a corporate career with Monsanto and Union Carbide. Aziotics assists companies with solutions for International Markets including: Strategic Plans, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Marketing Plans, Partner Search, Site Selection, Negotiation Support and Economic Impact Analyses. Larry’s professional career has encompassed a wide variety of international experiences: A start-up in Indonesia; Marketing in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Korea, Thailand, & India. General management in Japan was of a USD 200 M Agriculture business. Global leadership included responsibility for commercialization of all new technologies coming out of R&D of a Fortune 50 agricultural company and identification of Global new-ventures in agriculture. Prior to his corporate career, Larry was a Peace Corp Volunteer and trainer in Malaysia. He has a B.Sc from Cornell University. He is fluent in Indonesian and able to speak ‘travel’ Japanese. Larry also teaches on related subjects. He has taught ‘Asian Business’ at Saint Louis University and short-courses for the World Trade Center and the University of Missouri at St.Louis. Larry is a certified cross-cultural trainer delivering training for executives on International assignment and teams working in International environs. Larry is active in volunteer leadership at the World Affairs Council of St.Louis, Cornell University, and the US-Indonesia Society.
Michelle Myers
Michelle Myers is Director of Operations at Cultivation Capital, a venture firm focused on investing in technology and life sciences companies. Michelle helps manage legal and operational matters for Cultivation Capital’s offices.
Tomás Peña
Tomás Peña has 20 years of banking experience, focused in private banking and innovation. He is also a passionate business developer and co-founder of S4, a Yield Lab Portfolio startup that helps row crop farmers transfer their risk to financial markets in the US and Latam.
Pat Pinkston
Pat Pinkston is a Managing Director at the Yield Lab St. Louis. Prior to the Yield Lab, Pat served at John Deere as Vice President of the Technology & Information, Intelligence Solutions Group, as well as VP of Global Platform Services.
Jeff Peterson
Jeff Peterson is a founding member and Managing Director of the Yield Lab. Prior to the Yield Lab, Jeff served Monsanto as Vice President of Strategic Development.
Paul Finnerty
Paul Finnerty is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Yield Lab Europe Accelerator, based in Ireland. Previously, Paul was CEO of ABP Food Group for 10 years until October 2016. ABP is one of Europe’s largest privately-owned agribusinesses which has a turnover of €3 billion and employs 10,000 people across 42 production facilities around Europe in beef, lamb, convenience foods, pet food and renewable energy.
Sherri Brown
Sherri Brown serves as Managing Director to the Yield Lab St. Louis. Prior to the Yield Lab, Sherri was Monsanto’s Vice President for Science Strategy, VP for Global Technology/Product Development, and VP for Chemistry Technology. She also serves as President at the Zonta Club of St. Louis.
Kyle Welborn
Kyle is a co-founder and Partner at Cultivation Capital. He leads the the operations team of nine staff members which manages three venture funds and three accelerator programs.
Bob Nordgren
Dr. Robert Nordgren is a Managing Director at The Yield Lab St. Louis. Bob has been engaged in the Animal Health Industry as a leader in the discovery, development and marketing of veterinary vaccines and biotherapeutics for the past 30 years, most recently with Merial and Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica.
Thad Simons
Thad Simons is co-founder and Managing Director of The Yield Lab. From 2001 to 2014, he led Novus as President and CEO in its growth into a global animal health and nutrition company with sales exceeding US $1 billion.
Nicky Deasy
Nicky is a General Partner and Head of Operations which involves her overseeing the day to day operations at the Yield Lab Europe Accelerator, including investments, fundraising, portfolio, and company operations. This includes raising capital and dealing with the limited partners and investors, maintaining and managing a deal pipeline, running the due diligence process, and coordinating portfolio management, investments into portfolio companies, supporting those companies.
Chris Danforth
Chris Danforth is a founding partner of the Yield Lab and serves as Managing Director for the Yield Lab St. Louis. He also serves as a General Partner on Cultivation Capital’s Life Science Fund and as Chairman of the Board for Kennelwood Pet Resorts.
Camila Petignat
Camila Petignat is a bio-entrepreneur and business developer specialized in biotech ventures. She holds a MSc degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from Universidad de Buenos Aires. In 2011 she co-founded Neogram, an agri-biotech startup that genetically improves pastures to contribute to a more sustainable livestock production.
Roberto Vitón
Roberto Vitón has over 15 years of experience investing and advising in the global food and agriculture space. He is Founder and Managing Director of Valoral Advisors, an investment advisory Firm based in Luxembourg and Argentina, where he advises a wide array of institutional investors and Family Offices to deploy capital across the whole asset spectrum and capital structure.
Brian Clevinger
Brian L. Clevinger is a co-founder and Managing Director of The Yield Lab. He is also a founder and managing director of Prolog Ventures. Before Prolog, he was the CEO of Megan Health, a vaccine developer, and before that, he was a tenured professor at Washington University.
Franco Pierini
Franco Pierini has 14 years experience trading and investing in financial markets (Latam, Cenin Agriculture, Finance, anBagement having invested personally in many startups (S4, Invoinet, CountIT and AENVI). He worked in JPMorgan Chase Argentina and Louis Dreyfus Company (Argentina and Switzerland).
Matt Plummer
Matt Plummer is the Principal at Yield Lab. Matt is responsible for the day to day investment and accelerator operations and driving the strategy of the Yield Lab. Prior toe the Yield Lab, Matt was a competing member of the U.S. Speedskating organization and then worked for agtech start-up Arvegenix. competing member of the U.S. Speedskating Team.

Tom Adamitis is co-founder and Managing Director of The Yield Lab St. Louis. He formerly served as the Global Vice President of Raw Materials and Energy Procurement for Anheuser-Busch InBev, one of the world’s largest consumer product companies.
